Thank you for taking our survey. Here is a reminder of the official rules of the drawing. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. These Official Rules govern the Inclusion Survey Prize Drawing (the "Sweepstakes") offered by ("Sponsor").

Sponsor: Hanover Research, (“the Sponsor”), 4401 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to eligible participants in the Inclusion Survey who complete the survey in its entirety, except employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree that all decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins on Monday, December 12, 2016 and ends on February 10, 2017 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor shall determine timeliness of entries in its sole discretion.
How to Enter: Participate in a Survey conducted by Hanover Research.  All Survey responses are solely the property of Hanover Research and may be used by or shared with third parties as needed, either individually or in the aggregate.  No personally identifying information will be shared with any third party, except the winner’s name may be disclosed upon request as required by law.
Prize: Thirteen winners will receive a one of the following prizes: $500 Visa gift card, two $250 Visa Gift card, ten $50 gift cards. All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs, and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.  No prize substitutions are permitted.
Winner Selection and Notification: Thirteen winners will be selected in a random drawing one week after the close of the survey from all eligible entries received, regardless of the content of the Survey response. All decisions of Hanover are final. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail, telephone, or U.S. mail. Winners must respond to accept the prize and sign and, if requested, return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within one week of receipt of notification. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, or for any other reason. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within one week from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR.
Release: As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, and the advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, taxes, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, loss, damage, system damage, loss of property or data, accidents, injuries, or death; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, (including but not limited to internet and television broadcast) without further consent or compensation except where prohibited.
General Conditions: Sponsor and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission of any Sweepstakes-related website; failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems or human error; printing or other errors. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive emails periodically from Hanover Research. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF VIRGINIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the Arlington, Virginia General District Court. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
