-Stretching and improving flexibility

- Conditioning for improving strength and speed

- Obstacle courses

- Ribbon dance

- Hula hoop, jump rope and many other fun contests

- Ballet training

- Learning tricks with ball, rope, hoop, ribbon and clubs

- Learning dance moves and how to express with music

- Mastering rhythmic acrobatic elements- cartwheels, walkovers, etc.

- Watching rhythmic gymnastics videos of the best Olympic and World Champions

- Group collaborations and work with a partner

- After lunch fun activities

- Beach training

- Small show to demonstrate skills at the end of the week
