赵进博士于2003-2004参加组织成立波士顿北京同乡会， 并于2010年开始担任会长。


他曾在北京出生，成长，学习和工作。之后在英国攻读化学博士学位并于1996年来到波士顿这座文化名城及世界生物医药研究中心。目前他在一家生物医药公司做新药研究开发工作。
